Pricing for Handyman Services
You might be wondering why is it so hard to find pricing on the web? There are three main reasons or standard lines of thoughts for not posting one's prices; (fear not - ours are listed below)
The first is that many people believe that the price is the most important factor when selecting a company and/or will look at the prices and simply go that's to much.

The second main reason is that there are many contractors and individuals that will simply try to use the posted numbers to try to undercut legitimate contractors and businesses.
The final reason is, in remodeling houses, there are never two jobs that are exactly the same - unlike new construction, where you are pretty much guaranteed square - plumb - level walls and floors, dust control generally is not an issue, there are no homeowner's to work around, etc...
Pricing Schedule for Handyman Services
Our pricing schedule for Handyman Services is based off a Time & Materials system shown on the chart below. The Service Call includes us driving to your property and up to one hours worth of work. Additional Hours are billed at the hourly rate.
Regular Rates apply to work scheduled between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.
After Hour Rates apply to work that needs to be scheduled after regular hours or on Saturdays.
Emergency Rates apply to unscheduled work that needs to be completed immediately, or work that needs to be scheduled on Sunday's or during major Federal Holidays.
We will gladly give you an estimate of the anticipated costs involved to complete your project(s) over the phone or via email based off of similar projects. If you would prefer an in house estimate of the time required or would like a flat rate quote, there will be a $30 site visit charge* for measurements and a visual inspection to make your estimate as accurate as possible or to provide you with a written flat price quote.
Materials: Any materials we supply for your project(s) are charged at our cost. You may provide your own materials but they must be in installation-ready, new-boxed condition, with all necessary parts intact. If the items you supply aren't in the condition stated above on installation day, or are other wise unusable, we will either go purchase the required materials or you may pay all required amounts due at that time and we can reschedule the project when you can provide the proper materials.
Additional Fees: There may be additional charges or fees required to complete your project for rental of specialty equipment, permits, local taxes, waste removal or dump fees.
All charges and fees are due upon completion of the project(s) or for multiple day projects - at the end of each day, unless stated by us.
* This charge is only for typical Handyman tasks - not services that should be or are normally handled by us as a professional contractor (i.e. water damage inspections, roof inspections, insurance quotes, etc...)
